Yoga Evolution provides customized individual yoga therapy sessions and group yoga therapy classes to address chronic pain, lack of mobility or injury. Clients will come away from their session with tools to help manage, reduce or resolve their pain in an ongoing manner to accomplish their everyday activities with more ease.

Alana has experienced debilitating pain firsthand. Through the practice of SomaYoga Therapy (a blending of Therapeutic Yoga, Somatics and Classic Asana) tools were provided to her to reduce and resolve the pain in her own body. She became a Yoga Therapist because she wanted to share this powerful practice with others empowering them to relieve themselves of pain.
Alana is on a continual journey to increase and share the knowledge gained through her Yoga Therapy training. She feels so grateful to provide the tools through this practice to individuals who experience health issues so that they may also lead their lives with the freedom of movement they envision for themselves… fulfilling lives where they can enjoy all that they want to do. Wouldn’t it be fantastic to say “I can and I will and I did!!”
